Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of AI and ML models from raw data extraction and preprocessing to production deployment and lifecycle maintenance.
*
Collaborate across departments to identify business challenges where ML/AI can create value, and design tailored solutions using predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques.
*
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability throughout the ML pipeline, from ingestion and transformation to feature engineering.
*
Develop production-grade models using Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), optimizing performance and scalability.
*
Build automated pipelines for model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring, integrating MLOps best practices.
*
Design and implement AI-driven data products that integrate seamlessly with business operations and decision workflows.
*
Communicate complex model outcomes and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring business impact and understanding.
Qualifications
*
Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
*
3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a real-world business environment.
*
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, analysis, and modeling.
*
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to convey insights clearly and effectively.
*
Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and applied mathematics.
*
Proven ability to manage the full ML lifecycle - from raw data handling, feature engineering, model building and validation, to deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
*
Prior experience in logistics or transportation industry is an advantage.
*
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and strong critical thinking skills.
*
Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
*
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for end-to-end project delivery.
