Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Consultant

My client is currently recruiting for a leading Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 BC Partner based within Sweden. The company are interested in adding to their team with an experienced Consultant within Dynamics NAV/D365 Business central.

Responsibilities

* Working on full life cycle Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Projects.
* Work with other consultants in a Microsoft partner environment.
* Working on Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central projects.
* Implement Dynamics BC

Experience

* Experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central, from NAV 2009 to Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central.
* Excellent Consultancy experience within the Dynamics channel.
* Consultancy experience is beneficial.
* Financial and/or Supply Chain Management experience is required.

Technical Skills

* Total 6 years of experience in Microsoft ERP (AX 2012 and/or D365 Finance & Operations, Manufacturing, Trade & Logistics modules)
* Should have good knowledge and hands on experience in modules like Manufacturing (MFG), Inventory management (INV), Production Control, Warehouse Management and Trade & Logistics.
* Should have worked on at least one full live AX 2012/D365 F&O T&L / Manufacturing implementation.
* Ability to map and configure client's business requirements into Dynamics AX 2012/D365 ( MFG / T&L )
* Project scoping, analysis, and estimation.
* Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.
* AM support experience (Team foundation, Jira)

Responsibilities

* Writing functional specifications and functional test scenarios.
* Functional knowledge of ERP, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365.
* Mapping business requirements and providing customised IT solutions involving finalisation of product specifications and selection of appropriate techniques.
* Understanding business process, study and analyse work-flow.
* Coordinating with the Technical Team for development / customisation.
* Writing Test Cases.
* Gathering requirements from the clients.
* Functional analysis.
* Preparing Business Process documents. (FRD, FDD, Test cases, Process flow)
* Preparing functional specification for customisation required for implementations
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* To manage partners with on-site / offshore delivery model.

D365 F&O SCM Senior Consultant/Architect

Location: Malmo

We are currently supporting a leading organization in their search for a D365 F&O SCM Senior Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 F&O Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Warehouse Management.
* Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with industry best practices.
* Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to client teams and junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, offering expert advice on D365 F&O SCM functionalities and best practices.
* Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to support client adoption and change management.
* Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including user stories, business process models, and system requirements.
* Work closely with development teams to customize and enhance D365 F&O functionalities when necessary.
* Support testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure seamless deployments.
* Stay up to date with new D365 F&O features and evolving SCM trends to enhance solution offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

* 5+ years of experience working with D365 F&O SCM, focusing on functional configuration, implementation, and support.
* Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, processes, and industry best practices.
* Hands-on experience with key D365 F&O SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, and Warehouse Management.
* Proven track record in leading client-facing projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize business processes.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* D365 F&O certifications (e.g., MB-330: Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management).
* Experience integrating D365 F&O with other enterprise systems.
* Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

Solid functional consulting skills - comfortable running workshops, gathering requirements, configuring systems, and training users.
*

Experience in a Microsoft Partner or customer-facing consulting environment is highly desirable.
*

Strong communication skills in English - Swedish is a plus.
