About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Proven experience in enterprise architecture
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), integration patterns, and DevSecOps
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional teams
* A user-centric mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes

Desirable:

* Experience with legal tech platforms (PMS, DMS, workflow automation)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, BI tools, and data analytics
* Familiarity with microservices, API management, and platform engineering
* Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect)

Job description

Nigel Frank International is hiring on behalf of a Microsoft Partner in Basildon, Essex, looking for a Cloud Solutions Consultant to join their growing technical team.

This is a hybrid role, with occasional client site visits, offering the chance to work on major cloud and infrastructure projects across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The Role

You'll play a key part in delivering large-scale cloud installations and migrations, working across Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and wider network environments. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with collaboration alongside 2nd and 3rd line engineers, ensuring smooth project rollouts and reliable ongoing support.

Typical work will include:

* Leading Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations - including 200+ user environments
* Delivering SharePoint Online migrations and configuration projects
* Implementing, configuring, and maintaining firewalls, servers, and networking infrastructure
* Troubleshooting and resolving cloud, networking, and connectivity issues
* Supporting and mentoring engineers on escalated technical matters
* Ensuring smooth project delivery with a focus on performance, security, and reliability

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations and administration
* Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and hybrid cloud environments
* Confident managing end-to-end infrastructure installations
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
* Strong communication skills - comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams
* Experience in a Microsoft Partner or MSP environment (preferred)
