About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior Business Central (BC) Developer with strong technical expertise in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role requires hands-on experience working with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) solutions, both integrating and extending functionality to align with business needs.

As a senior member of our development team, you will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and supporting customizations, apps, and integrations that drive operational efficiency and enhance product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (on-prem and SaaS).
*

Work with ISV solutions-installing, configuring, customizing, and integrating with core BC functionality.
*

Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
*

Participate in technical architecture planning, code reviews, and performance tuning.
*

Maintain documentation for developed solutions and support transition to support teams as needed.
*

Stay current on Microsoft updates, AL language improvements, and new ISV offerings within the BC ecosystem.
*

Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal best practices.

Required Qualifications:

*

5+ years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
*

Proficient in AL language and Visual Studio Code.
*

Solid experience working with and customizing ISV solutions within the BC environment (e.g., Continia, ChargeLogic, Insight Works, etc.).

This is an opportunity to join a growing business in the Engineering and Manufacturing space and take ownership of the full Power BI lifecycle. In this role you will connect to sources, shape data with Power Query/M, build star-schema models, write advanced DAX, design visuals, and publish to the Service.



Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong experience in such roles prior to this one. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate experience with:

* Building and maintaining enterprise-grade ETL pipelines with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar to feed a data warehouse / data lake.

Lead D365 F&O Consultant - St. Louis - $185k OTE+ Remote

A well-established, medium-sized Microsoft Partner is looking for a Dynamics F&O Consultant for a customer facing, implementation focused position. Immediately, you will have the chance to work on a global project where you can make an immediate impact in a leading functional role.

This opportunity calls for an experienced professional who will be working with new customers on requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation and post-go live integration project management.

We are in need of a well-rounded D365 ERP professional. First and foremost, we need an expert when it comes to the accounting & finance modules. However, the ideal candidate will also have the ability to understand order-to-cash, supply chain, trade & logistics, and inventory management. Given that this is a smaller VAR, and not a mega-firm, the more skills you can bring to the table, the merrier.

Your New Role:

* Lead the design and discovery sessions directly with the customer
* Lead in Dynamics ERP System and Module Setup and Configuration
* Maintain Design Decision documentation, including Solution Design and Project Plans
* Provide Proof of Concept direction and guidance
* Create Functional Specification document for required customizations
* Test, deploy and confirm solutions meet the stated needs of the project or customer

* Assist client in full migration of master, historical, and transactional data
* Create test scripts and lead Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing sessions
* Create User Guides and conduct user training
* Create Financial statements as needed

* Deliver Customer Support Services in an ongoing basis
* Assist in pre-sales demonstrations

What You'll Need:

* 5+ years of experience on Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) in a consulting capacity
* Must have played a lead role 2+ F&O implementations
* Experience with the following modules required: Procurement and sourcing, Landed costs, Transportation management, Warehouse management, Engineering change management, Production Control, Inventory management, Product Information Management
* Prior consulting background, with a Microsoft Partner or Big Five Consulting firm
* Experience with advanced warehousing, labeling, bar-code integrations a plus
* Ability to gather requirements, support customers, assist with discovery, and translate technical concepts to non-technical client stakeholders
* Excellent communication and customer service skills

This role will work closely with customer stakeholders, especially in the finance and supply chain departments, to define and configure business processes in conjunction with the ERP that will maximize output. We need someone with experience in a user facing role who is able to translate technical concepts to non-technical personnel.

Your New Role:

* Act as a key member of the ERP implementation team, being part of the project from requirements gathering to post go-live support
* Work alongside customer stakeholders in understanding their business needs and designing a system that fits these requirements
* Troubleshoot any system errors and identify paths for improvement
* Collaborate with a development team on designing a technical blueprint and with customization
* Train and support key users both at customer sites and remotely
* Manage upgrades and integrations with ISV products and reporting tools

What You'll Need:

* 2+ years of Business Central experience
* Business Central implementation experience is a plus
* Prior consulting experience in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred, not required
* A deep knowlege of manufacturing and supply chain processes is highly preferred
* Experience with Power BI report building is a plus
