    Responsibilities:

    As a member of the D365 Finance & Operations Center of Excellence, the D365 F&O IT Business Analyst will provide Level II support to the following business units:

    * Sales and Customer Service
    * Procurement
    * Research & Development and Manufacturing Engineering

    Key Duties:

    * Provide configuration support within the D365 solution for the mentioned business units.
    * Collaborate with subject matter experts and key users to:

    * Document changes to the D365 solution.
    * Create Functional Design Documents for requested customizations.
    * Generate test data and conduct tests to ensure the D365 configuration performs to specifications.
    * Support subject matter experts in developing user instructions for end users.

    * Perform analysis to identify inefficiencies in system performance.

    Specific Programs, ISVs, and Module Responsibilities:

    * D365 native product configuration settings and management
    * Process Weaver / Xcarrier logistics ISV integration
    * D365 Workflow configuration and management (e.g., purchase requisition approval process)
    * BlueStar engineering change management
    * Data Masons (SPS Commerce) EDI integration (secondary support within IT)

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    * Strong understanding of standard business practices (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order Entry to Cash Receipt).
    * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    * Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
    * Critical thinking and data analysis skills.

    Job description

    An industry-leading research, data & insights organisation are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Tester, to join their growing IT team. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in their Central London office to collaborate with the wider team, and 3 days working from home.

    The focus of this role is ensuring the quality of their various products, platforms and applications - and with data being absolutely central to their product offering, we're ideally looking for a QA professional with experience working on customer-facing web-based applications and data-driven platforms, including strong SQL knowledge.

    You'll be responsible for automating tests where possible, building up a relevant regression pack for rapid execution, using Selenium, TypeScript/JavaScript and .NET. We're also ideally looking for experience with Angular application and Jest, protractor framework.

    You'll work with members of various project teams and developers, across the entire agile development lifecycle, to ensure the development of testable applications and data ingestion pipelines. You'll create test plans, define and execute test cases, create test exist reports and recommendations, and strive to identify and track bugs through to resolution.
