Are you someone who thrives on solving the issues no one else can crack? Our client is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to strengthen their Oslo-based support organisation. This role focuses on complex ERP and accounting systems, where you will serve as the final escalation point for technical challenges that can't be resolved by 1st or 2nd line teams.

Although this is not a development position, you will need the ability to understand code structures (C#, SQL, and similar) to diagnose problems effectively.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for investigating and resolving the most advanced technical cases across the company's ERP and accounting ecosystems. Expect a mix of system analysis, log deep‑dives, cross-team collaboration, and direct engagement with both internal stakeholders and development teams. Your work will be essential to ensuring stability, accuracy, and performance across business‑critical financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and resolve escalations that require advanced technical insight
