I am actively recruiting on behalf of a reputable Microsoft Partner as they look to grow their BC practice with a Consultant who will focus on driving the continuous improvement/ optimisation of their established customer base. The role will see the successful candidate involved in post go-live improvement, integration and roll out projects - to boost system efficiency and further customise solutions to meet client needs.

The role is primarily home based, with the expectation of occasional travel to site; project phase dependant.

Role & Responsibilities

* Spearheading process improvement/ enhancement projects for BC customers; primarily across manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing
* Analysing areas the system can be improved and rolling out effective change projects
* Coordinating new releases/ enhancements of Dynamics 365 BC
* Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, and ensuring developers understand requirements to deliver effective system changes
* Dealing with complex support tickets on an ADHOC basis to ensure optimal system performance

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven track record in Dynamics 365 Business Central systems analysis and support
* Firm understanding of Dynamics 365 BC core functionality - preferably with process understanding across manufacturing, warehousing and supply chain
* Skills in AL ext and API integration from support perspective (ability to understand code, rather than conducting hands on development)
* End to end project life cycle skills - analysing requirements through to testing, training and go-live
* Strong stakeholder/ third party engagement skills
