    Location: Warsaw, Poland (2 days in the office)

    Job type: Full-time, B2B or UoP

    Responsibilities

    * Solving current problems in the Dynamics 365 F&O system.
    * Monitoring system performance, incident management and communication with Microsoft.
    * End-user support (2nd line) and cooperation with the helpdesk team.
    * Analysis and optimization of business processes to improve system operation.
    * Close cooperation with the IT infrastructure team and teams responsible for business applications.
    * Coordination of integration activities with external suppliers and technology partners.
    * Management of system environments (dev, test, production), including implementation of patches, updates and monitoring of system stability.
    * Overseeing the Dynamics 365 F&O update schedule, analyzing the impact of changes and testing new functionalities.
    * Creating and maintaining technical documentation of the system and integration processes.
    * Conducting training for support teams and end users.

    Qualifications

    * Great knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ERP architecture.
    * Experience in integrating ERP systems with Dataverse, other CRM systems and external applications.
    * Ability to work with integration tools
    * Ability to work with Azure cloud solution monitoring tools.
    * Knowledge of databases (SQL), web services (REST, SOAP), and cloud technologies (Azure).
    * Ability to work in a team and communicate with various departments in the organization.
    * Excellent communication skills in Polish and English

    Responsibilities

    Analyze and map current business processes (Production, Logistics, WMS, Controlling).

    Design and implement target business processes aligned with industry best practices.

    Streamline production costing and cost of goods manufactured (COGM), including materials, labor, and overheads.

    Improve material flow across the value chain - from purchasing through production to finished goods warehousing.

    Collaborate closely with the IT team on the development and enhancement of ERP and WMS systems.

    Design data structures and data sources for Power BI reports (KPIs, OEE, cost analysis, production, inventory levels).

    Participate in development projects, system implementations, testing, and end-user training.

    Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

    Requirements:

    *

    Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing and/or logistics companies.

    Hands-on experience in areas such as production, planning, logistics, controlling, cost of goods manufactured (COGM), production settlement, WIP inventory, and WMS.
    *

    Strong ability to analyze and optimize business processes (knowledge of BPMN or other process modeling methodologies is a plus).
    *

    Solid understanding of the relationship between business processes and data (data lifecycle in ERP/WMS systems).
    *

    Knowledge of management accounting principles and production cost calculation.
    *

    Proven experience working with both IT teams and end-users.
    *

    Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel Power Pivot).
    *

    Willingness to work in a project-based environment with an end-to-end mindset.

    University degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
