Job Description:

I am currently working with a leading IT consultancy who is seeking an experienced Dynamics AX/D365 project manager, to join their award winning IT team. My client is currently undertaking a exciting Dynamics 365 F&O project that needs a project manager with a proven track record of delivering full cycle ERP implementations. Ideally you would have experience managing budgets, liaising with key stakeholders, managing teams and effectively working in collaborative environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Supports management of new projects and change requests through the portfolio management processes including Change Approval Board, Steering, Design Authority and documenting approvals and decisions.
* Manages all project/portfolio activities and deliverables including; tracking, resource management, financials and reporting progress.
* Manages the elicitation, specification and documentation of business requirements for assigned projects and small change requests where required.
* Briefs, plans, and coordinates testing and training activity throughout the business for specific projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

* Proven track record as a successful project manager, using Dynamics AX/D365 or similar
* Possess solid understanding of IT (including application programming, database and system design) and business environments
* Ability to communicate complex technical topics into understandable business terms
* Project management qualifications - Prince2, APMP or equivalent
* Willingness to travel across the United Kingdom

With several D365 F&SCM implementations in play, the successful candidate will take a key stance in project delivery - getting involved in leading D365 implementations from inception phase through to completion phase. The role centres around building a good rapport amongst teams, generating relationships with key stakeholders.

This flexible, home based role will require occasional travel to customer site where required. Cost of travel will be covered and travel will fluctuate depending on the phase of a customer project.

Role & Responsibilities

* Develop and support software and solutions that meet company standards and requirements.
* Take responsibility of supporting teams using existing software solutions and processes.
* Work cohesively with 3rd party software providers and developer to create quality designs to meet technical and functional needs.

Skills & Qualifications

* Extensive ERP experience, preferably MS Dynamics AX 2012 / 365.
* Extensive knowledge of reconciliation, cost and double entry accounting is preferable.
* Strong communication skills with strong leadership capabilities.
* Successful end to end implementation within the consultancy channel desired.

We currently working with a well-known charity on an exciting opportunity. It would be a permanent role which would include a yearly salary of �38,000 plus benefits. The company is based in London with it being Hybrid working.

The Business Support Officer is a member of the Business, Operations, Insight, and Digital Division (BOID) and assists the department in meeting its operational goals. The post holder is responsible for assisting our fundraising and communication teams by providing critical financial and administrative support for core activities and projects, enabling the achievement of our income goals, making a difference in poverty, and developing meaningful engagement with our supporters and audiences.



Your responsibilities will include:

* Acts on behalf of the Business Operations and Planning Team and Head of BOID, including taking proactive initiative towards agreed objectives
* Liaises with key suppliers, agencies, consultants and volunteers
* Works with colleagues across FSE department, finance and corporate services, and colleagues at all levels cross organisationally to achieve role objectives and purpose
* The ability to make day-to-day decisions to support and contribute to the implementation and smooth running of effective business systems and processes
* Work closely with the Head of BOID and Procurement team to support the selection of suppliers through tender processes, where applicable

Skills needed for the role:

* Proficient in the use of MS Excel and creating spreadsheets for use in financial management
* Ability to clarify objectives, sets priorities and manage workload effectively
* Relevant experience of managing work with external service providers, with specific experience of managing, liaising and communicating with suppliers of mailing, fulfilment and response handling services.
* Ability to multi-task within a fast moving and constantly changing fundraising environment - to initiate, plan and organise work/priorities, monitor and evaluate activities, within agreed timelines, paying close attention to small details
* Educated to A-level or equivalent in a relevant discipline
