I am actively recruiting on behalf of a reputable Microsoft Partner as they look to grow their BC practice with a Consultant who will focus on driving the continuous improvement/ optimisation of their established customer base. The role will see the successful candidate involved in post go-live improvement, integration and roll out projects - to boost system efficiency and further customise solutions to meet client needs.

The role is primarily home based, with the expectation of occasional travel to site; project phase dependant.

Role & Responsibilities

* Spearheading process improvement/ enhancement projects for BC customers; primarily across manufacturing, supply chain and warehousing
* Analysing areas the system can be improved and rolling out effective change projects
* Coordinating new releases/ enhancements of Dynamics 365 BC
* Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, and ensuring developers understand requirements to deliver effective system changes
* Dealing with complex support tickets on an ADHOC basis to ensure optimal system performance

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven track record in Dynamics 365 Business Central systems analysis and support
* Firm understanding of Dynamics 365 BC core functionality - preferably with process understanding across manufacturing, warehousing and supply chain
* Skills in AL ext and API integration from support perspective (ability to understand code, rather than conducting hands on development)
* End to end project life cycle skills - analysing requirements through to testing, training and go-live
* Strong stakeholder/ third party engagement skills

I'm supporting one of my clients in the search for a Head of Data to lead and mature their end‑to‑end data function. This is a pivotal hire for a business investing heavily in its data strategy, technology, and people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the data vision, providing technical leadership across Microsoft Fabric and Azure, and managing a multi‑disciplinary team consisting of data engineers, a data architect, data scientists, and data analysts.
