I'm currently speaking with a globally-established company, and they're looking for a Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead 3 separate Data Engineering teams.

This role is significant to making an impact on covering over 1,100 operations that have delivered some of the most iconic and complex structures across the globe. And whilst it does require someone from a Data Engineering background, this is really a hands-off role in which you'll be leaning in to strategy, people-management and technical judgement.

The role is paying up to £120k as a base salary, with a discretionary bonus of up to 10% alongside that. My client prioritise work life balance more than anything, as they find efficiency in production comes from a happy and healthy workforce. The team is tight-knit, which is something they want to maintain and have achieved through pushing for everyone in the team to be required to be in office 3 days a week.
