Senior ERP Konsulent med fokus på Forretningsprocesser

En veletableret dansk ERP-specialist søger en erfaren konsulent til at styrke teamet i takt med en stigende efterspørgsel fra både eksisterende og nye kunder. Virksomheden oplever fortsat vækst og har opbygget stærke, langvarige kunderelationer på tværs af forskellige brancher.

Som en del af konsulentteamet får du mulighed for at arbejde tæt sammen med kunderne om optimering af processer, rådgivning og videreudvikling af deres ERP-landskab.

Om rollen

Du bliver en central rådgiver for kunderne og får ansvar for både eksisterende løsninger og nye projekter. Rollen kombinerer forretningsforståelse, kundedialog og ERP-faglighed, og du vil være involveret i hele projektforløbet fra analyse til implementering og efterfølgende support.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

* Forretningsanalyse og workshops med kunder
* Rådgivning omkring optimering af processer og systemanvendelse
* Design og dokumentation af løsningsforslag
* Implementering og konfiguration af ERP-løsninger
* Samarbejde med udviklere og øvrige specialister
* Support, fejlsøgning og videreudvikling af eksisterende installationer
* Bidrag til kundernes digitale transformation

Din profil

Vi forestiller os, at du har flere års erfaring med Microsoft ERP-løsninger og trives i en rolle med stor kundekontakt.

Derudover ser vi gerne, at du:

* Har solid erfaring med Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations eller tidligere Dynamics AX-platforme
* Har arbejdet med økonomi-, logistik-, produktion- eller supply chain-processer
* Er vant til at drive opgaver selvstændigt og tage ansvar for kundeleverancer
* Har erfaring med kravspecifikationer og dialog mellem forretning og udvikling
* Besidder stærke analytiske evner og kan omsætte forretningsbehov til konkrete løsninger
* Har interesse for moderne Microsoft-teknologier, herunder Power Platform
* Kommunikerer ubesværet på dansk og engelsk
