Digital Business Analyst - 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)

We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation programme within Asset Operations. This role requires an analytical thinker who can challenge the status quo, reimagine processes, and influence stakeholders at all levels. You will play a key role in translating the digital roadmap into prioritised product features that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Digital colleagues, partners, and business stakeholders to:

* Identify frictions and issues within current processes.
* Redesign end-to-end business processes and ways of working.
* Design digital solutions that enable new processes and minimise friction.

* Work with BusinessSMEs to:

* Define user stories, product features, and business logic in detail.
* Secure business buy-in to maximise adoption.

* Support product sprint teams by:

* Providing detailed feature requirements.
* Gathering data and assisting with prototype development.
* Ensuring products remain value-focused throughout development.
* Synthesising user feedback and influencing product design.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience engaging with SMEs and end-users to elicit, document, and gain consensus on product features.
* Skilled in facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and distilling complex outputs into actionable insights.
* Strong ability to articulate product and design needs within fast-paced, agile environments.
* Experience delivering business change activities as part of major transformation programmes.
* Familiarity with frameworks such as SAFe, NG Change BMS, and CDF.
* Demonstrated success in agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for an experienced AWS & Generative AI Engineer to deliver advanced AI-driven solutions leveraging AWS services and cutting-edge LLM technologies. This is an outside IR35 contract for a 14-week engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement Generative AI workflows using AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.
* Develop multi-agent orchestration frameworks (AWS Strands Agents, LangGraph, or similar).
* Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, or similar) for production use.
