    Our client is in the consumer packaged goods space that is in need of a Functional Analyst to support ERP/IT systems within an international operation.

    Following a recent Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, they are in need of an in-house Systems Analyst who can take ownership of their ERP system, along with other applications, and identify paths for improvement.

    Your New Role:

    * Lead support efforts on the organization's Microsoft ERP
    * Design and develop reports, simple pages, and simple customizations for the ERP system
    * Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
    * Troubleshoot system errors
    * Provide training to users on ERP processes and provide support to internal ERP users and Production floor ERP users.
    * Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
    * Manage and improve integrated technologies, specifically with WMS systems such as EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and E-Ship
    * Develop reports, analytics and dashboards using JET Analytics, JET Reports, and Power BI.

    * Support and enhance internal line of business applications in conjunction with ERP system.

    What You'll Need:
