We are seeking talented and finance-oriented professionals to join their dynamic team and contribute to a global D365FO project.





    Join a complex and challenging project involving the migration from AX 2009 and 2012 to D365FO across multiple locations. This is a permanent, full-time position offered on a permanent employment contract (UoP) or B2B basis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Lead and participate in the migration process from Dynamics AX 2009/2012 to D365FO.
    * Provide expert guidance on financial processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
    * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of D365FO.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial modules within D365FO.
    * Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.





    Requirements:

    * Proven experience as a Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics AX (2009/2012) and D365FO.
    * In-depth understanding of financial processes, particularly within the context of D365FO.
    * Experience in complex ERP migration projects, preferably on a large scale.
    * Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
    * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    * English min B2 level
    * Polish min B1 level

    Our client is looking for qualified, open-minded and motivated Dynamics NAV/BC Developer. The client is a Microsoft Partner that specialize in Dynamics Business Central.

    Responsibilities

    * You will be creating and customizing applications, extensions, and functionalities using AL programming language and Visual Studio Code.
    * You will configure Business Central to meet business requirements, including setting up financials, inventory, sales, and other modules.
    * You will be managing system upgrades, ensuring the system remains up-to-date and functional.
    * You will be working closely with project managers, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

    Skills and experience

    * 2+ years' experience within similar position

    About the Position:

    Looking for an experienced MS D365FO Finance Consultant. This is a fully remote position, with occasional visits to the office when necessary. The role offers the opportunity to work on exciting new projects where ERP implementations are at the heart of our business. As part of our core team, understand their financial needs, and help them optimize their use of D365FO Finance modules.

    Offer both B2B or UoP (employment contract) options, providing flexibility based on your preferences. The position is open to candidates residing in Poland or EU citizens willing to relocate.



    Responsibilities:

    * Lead and participate in MS D365FO Finance module implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
    * Collaborate with clients to identify their financial processes and provide tailored solutions using D365FO.
    * Support post-implementation activities, including user training, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
    * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their use of the D365FO Finance module to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
    * Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations as needed.
    * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MS D365FO functionalities and finance best practices.

    Skills:

    * A strong finance background with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) Finance modules.
    * Proven experience in ERP implementation, particularly with D365FO.
    * Knowledge of financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    * Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to the office when needed.
    * Must be a resident of Poland or an EU citizen willing to relocate.

    My client is currently looking for an experienced professional for the position of ERP Project Manager who will join a dynamically developing team and will participate not only in implementation projects, and system migrations to the latest version of Dynamics 365 F&O, but also in projects in the area of development, maintenance and product construction. Client is an international manufacturing company currently introducing innovative solutions that improve their efficiency.





    Key Accountabilities



    * Leading the project through the project life-cycle from design to closure
    * Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
    * Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals
    * Analysing project requirements and organising them effectively
    * Identifying the tasks required to deliver the project to the agreed specifications
    * Communicating regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
    * Reporting progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly basis
    * Gathering data and reporting back to the development department for resolution
    * Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project life-cycle
    * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within a budget
    * Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
    * Documenting the system to ensure future supportability





    Knowledge, Skills and Experience



    * At least 5 years of PM experience leading complex ERP implementations
    * At least two full ERP implementation projects e.g., D365FO, SAP, Business Central, OeBS, IFS, Oracle, Comarch etc.
    * Proficiency in English is a must





    Desirable



    * Good knowledge or experience working with MS D365 F&O
    * Experience with CRM
    * Proficiency in Polish
