    What does my client need?

    My client requires a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, with a proven track record in Dynamics CE/ CRM implementation. Successful candidates will hold a high level of functional knowledge of the Dynamics 365/ Power Platform product suite, and have experience in the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions; across a variety of sectors.

    Responsibilities of the role

    - Design and architect Dynamics 365 CE solutions to best satisfy a customer's requirements within the constraints and best practice guidelines.
    - Take a key role within the CE Practice as Solution Architect; promoting functional best practice in delivery
    - Work closely with a senior team to build strategy/ direction to ensure successful and complete growth of the practice
    - Work across multiple projects at any one time as well as providing support to the wider team when required, including pre-sales discovery work

    Skill set



    * Proven experience working in a senior consulting and lead capacity with Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform
    * Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ CRM project experience - strong solution understanding
    * Hands on experience in PowerApps (preferable, not essential)
    * Broad modular background/ understanding - ideally across marketing, sales, professional services
    * Sure Step delivery methodology experience
    * Confident management ability, proven experience in team leadership/ management

    Location

    The role operates on a hybrid basis between home ofice and client site - time on site project phase dependant.

    Responsibilities:
    * Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on client requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and solution architects, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    * Design and implement efficient and scalable CRM solutions using best practices and industry standards.
    * Extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM through custom code development, plugins, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.

    * Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation and deployment phases of CRM projects.

    * Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
    * Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including system design documents, user manuals, and release notes.
    * Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

    Requirements:
    * Fluency in Swedish (both written and verbal) is mandatory to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
    * Proven experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, and extension using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
    * Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture, including entity relationships, forms, views, workflows, and security models.
    * Hands-on experience with CRM development tools, such as Visual Studio, Plugin Registration Tool, XRM Toolbox, and CRM SDK.
    * Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and web services (SOAP/ REST).
    * Knowledge of integration techniques and tools, including data migration and integration platforms
    * Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including version control, unit testing, and code quality assurance.
    * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    * Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    * Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-230) are highly desirable but not mandatory.

    Actively seeking an enthusiastic CRM System Administrator for a brilliant opportunity with a leading UK manufacturing/ distribution firm. The role will involve the successful candidate playing a key role in the day to day administration and improvement of my clients business critical Dynamics CRM environment - working with the business to ensure best use, coordinating new improvements, and supporting the BAU environment.

    This great new role offers a hybrid working model between home and modern Warwick based offices.

    My client is initially looking for a candidate who will join on a 15 month fixed term basis, with the potential for future permanent employment.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Liaising with the user base to ensure Dynamics CRM (D365) is running effectively and utilised effectively
    * Conducting day to day administrative tasks and dealing with 1st line support issues
    * Handling small change requests and system updates alongside technical teams
    * Performing key user training for new system functionality/ advancements
    * Driving system best usage and ensuring data is correct/ up to date

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Prior experience in CRM system administration & support
    * Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365 system experience (preferable, not essential)
