    Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead

    Location: Melbourne or Canberra (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)

    Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 base per annum

    Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in D365 CE development, particularly at a Managerial level with 5-8 years of experience. As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 CE platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Develop, customize, and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 CE according to business requirements.
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose solutions.
    * Design and implement enhancements, integrations, and configurations in D365 CE.
    * Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and perform testing and quality assurance.
    * Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

    Requirements:

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    * 5-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development, preferably at a managerial level.
    * Proficiency in customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365 CE.
    * Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
    * Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is desirable.
    * Australian Citizenship required; security clearance is a plus.

    Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to join our team in Auckland. You will be part of one of the most experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 teams in New Zealand, working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.

    This customer-facing role requires a deep technical and functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a specific emphasis on Customer Service and Field Service.

    Skills and Experience

    * 5+ years of experience in configuring, developing, and delivering Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, particularly in Customer Service and Field Service (experience with Contact Center is a plus).
    * Strong technical expertise in the Power Platform and Dataverse, including version control and deployment pipelines.
    * Ability to design, build, and implement PCF and React.js controls.
    * Experience in designing and building plugins in C# and JavaScript.
    * Knowledge of delivering Power Page Portals is preferred.
    * Experience with Canvas Apps is beneficial.
    * Familiarity with Azure DevOps is preferred.
    * Understanding of data migration tools and SSIS is a plus.
    * Comprehensive knowledge of the full SDLC is essential.

    * Strong understanding of CRM concepts and architecture, including entity relationships, forms, views, workflows, and security models.
    * Hands-on experience with CRM development tools, such as Visual Studio, Plugin Registration Tool, XRM Toolbox, and CRM SDK.
    * Familiarity with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and web services (SOAP/ REST).
    * Knowledge of integration techniques and tools, including data migration and integration platforms
