    Rôle & Responsabilités

    Support fonctionnel sur les modules Supply Chain de D365 (Achats, Ventes, Stocks, Production, Planification, WMS)

    Mise à jour et amélioration continue de la documentation fonctionnelle

    Suivi des développements, gestion des recettes, mise en production

    Suivi des indicateurs, reporting d'activité et pilotage des plans d'actions

    Suivi des prestations, validation des livrables

    Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Business Systems Analyst

    Role: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

    Salary: Up to $145,000 per annum

    We are working with an established manufacturing company on a full-time role, as they seek a specialist D365 F&O Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of maintaining and implementing features to their current ERP system. You will be collaborating with stakeholders on systems improvement whilst analysing business requirements, producing reporting solutions, and leading technology initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    * Build a thorough understanding of business workflows and how they integrate with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and ISV solutions.
    * Deliver user training and coaching on D365 and ISV functional tasks, emphasizing standardized and best-practice business processes.
    * Administer and adjust system-wide D365 settings to accommodate evolving business requirements and support organisational growth.
    * Analyze business needs and translate them into system specifications, recommending optimal F&O functionality with a focus on low-code/no-code approaches.



    Required Skills:

    * A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
    * Minimum of 5 years' experience providing ERP support within a manufacturing setting.
    * At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including implementation and functional support.
    * Formal training and professional certifications are highly desirable.
    * Familiarity with the Lean Manufacturing module in Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O is preferred.
    * Strong grasp of core business processes across manufacturing operations, including Order to Cash, Concept to Market, Procure to Pay, Pick to Ship, Plan to Production, and Post to Close.
    * Prior exposure to EDI and PLM systems is advantageous.
