    Dynamics AX/D365 F&O Junior Finance Analyst, Ghent area

    One of our clients, a leading international wholesaler is looking to onboard a D365 F&O/Dynamics AX Junior Finance Analyst to join their in-house IT Team.

    My client operates worldwide and benefits from thousands of points of sales across the world, indeed they do have a unique network listed on the stock exchange, which allow them to sell in Europe but also in the USA, or in South America.

    They just started the migration to D365 F&O and so, are looking to onboard someone to work closely with the Finance Team and the IT team.

    Roles Responsibilities:

    *

    You identify opportunities to improve the Financial process and implement them. You also participate in more transversal projects.
    *

    Business process transition and mapping to the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations standard.
    *

    Advising the company's management, drawing on your expertise based on industry observation, analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset.
    *

    Manage the relation with the implementation partners.
    *

    Provide training and support to the Finance Team.
    *

    Gather Finance team needs & requirements in terms of customizations.
    *

    Build business reports.

    Skills expected:

    *

    Experience on Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations - Finance module.
    *

    Strong Functional knowledge (70% functional - 30% technical).
    *

    Previous experience in Finance.
    *

    Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus.

At the Revolent Group, we specialise in training talented individuals in niche areas of IT that have huge demand. This opportunity is a training scheme to become a certified Microsoft F&O consultant, working directly with one of the world's largest technology companies. Currently, an F&O consultant with 2 years experience can expect upwards of �70,000.

    Below I have outlined how this training scheme would work and the financial details.

    Training:

    * To begin, you will take part in a 12 week long training scheme with a mix of both classroom and task based activities in which you will gain, pending passing the exams, 3 separate Microsoft F&O qualifications. These training schemes have seen a 99% pass rate.
    * After you have completed your certification, you will begin your 2 year contract working for Revolent, in which you will be placed with a client around your area to begin working for.
    * After this 2 years, you will continue to work in your current role but will have complete freedom to leave.

    Financial:

    * The training scheme's pay scale varies depending on previous experience, but starts from �30,000 (increases for London-based candidates).
    * After your first year you will be subject to a salary review and a probable increase.
    * This slightly lowered salary is used as a payback period for your training costs
    * After the 2 years your salary is negotiable but you can expect upwards of �70,000
