    We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) SCM Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Supply Chain Management solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable ERP solutions that streamline operations and align with organizational objectives.





    * Lead and support end-to-end D365 F&O SCM implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
    * Gather and analyse business requirements across supply chain processes such as procurement, inventory management, warehousing, production, and logistics.
    * Translate business needs into functional designs and solution architecture within D365 F&O.
    * Configure and customise SCM modules including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.
    * Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
    * Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.
    * Support data migration, system integration, and testing activities (UAT, SIT).
    * Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
    * Troubleshoot system issues and recommend optimisation opportunities.
    Required Qualifications

    * years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O, with a strong focus on SCM modules.
    * Proven expertise in supply chain processes (procurement, warehousing, inventory, manufacturing).
    * Hands-on experience in ERP implementations and system configuration.
    * Strong understanding of end-to-end business process flows within supply chain operations.
    * Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments.
    * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
    * Microsoft Dynamics certifications (D365 F&O SCM) are highly desirable.
    * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
