    We are supporting a long‑established and fast‑growing Danish organisation in Herning in their search for a D365 Business Central Developer to join their in‑house IT team. This is a permanent internal role, offering the opportunity to work directly on the systems that power the business - not external client projects.

    The Role
    As a Business Central Developer, you will contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of the company's internal systems. You'll start by building an understanding of their Business Central environment and gradually take on more responsibility as you become familiar with their workflows and processes.

    Key responsibilities include:

    * Hands‑on development in Business Central (AL)
    * Taking ownership of tasks end‑to‑end through Jira
    * Collaborating closely with the Lead Developer and wider IT team
    * Working on integrations across ecommerce, logistics, production, and internal tools
    * Supporting the modernisation of older internal processes
