We're hiring: Security Operations Specialist / practice lead

I'm working with a leading Danish retail group (250+ stores + strong e-commerce in premium health & beauty) that's undergoing a major cybersecurity transformation. This is a unique chance to make a real impact on resilience, compliance, and trust across the entire organization.

Your role:
You'll be at the heart of unifying security operations - defining and embedding best practices across Active Directory, VPNs, server patching, and more. Most importantly, you'll bring the 18 CIS Critical Security Controls to life - not just on paper, but in daily operations.

What we're looking for:
A hands-on security professional who's just as comfortable with technical depth as with stakeholder engagement and change management. You'll act as a trusted advisor internally, while helping align practices with recognized standards externally.

Key areas of ownership:

Defining & applying security best practices (CIS 18)
*

Strengthening AD, VPNs & patching processes
*

Driving vulnerability management, logging & incident response
*

Partnering with IT Ops & business stakeholders to embed change
*

Building a culture where security is embedded, not bolted on

BI & Analytics Manager - Copenhagen:



Are you ready to lead and innovate and unlock the hidden value within data?



I am on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Manager to drive a digital transformation forward. In this role, you'll lead a specialist team of BI experts, guiding them through complex, data-driven projects while staying hands-on with data development.



You'll be instrumental in turning insights into strategies and empowering our team to make smarter, faster decisions to help make this business more robust and future proof.



One area we aim to continue to improve on is our impact on the planet, like most companies, we know how important it is to be better - for us this isn't a requirement, it is a desire!



This role sits at the forefront of data driven decision making, as part if a 5 year plan to take this business to new heights.

Working closely with the BI team, C suit and stakeholders to design, develop and implement new data strategy.



Key responsibilities:



* Lead from the front for new BI and data development
* Ensure the collection, analysis and presentation of data that supports data-based decision-making processes across the organization
* Design, develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI that help departments track KPIs and make informed decisions
* Contribute to identifying and implementing data-driven improvement initiatives that can optimize processes, increase efficiency and scalability
* Be an active part in new recruitment processes



Your profile:



* Previous experience in digitalization
* Hands on experience with BI tools such as SQL, ETL, Power BI, DAX and data modelling
* Experience on a cloud based solution, ideally Azure
* Skills with Power Platform and DevOps are also very welcome
* Master's degree in computer science, statistics, economics, business analytics or similar
* Fluency in Danish, both written and verbal



You will become part of Group Strategy and Business Development, which consists of ambitious colleagues with a background in data & BI, management consulting and sustainability.

The team works closely with management across strategic projects such as digitalization, sustainability, process optimization, commercial development, IT, KPIs and management tools.
