ERP Manager - D365 BC - $135k - Wisconsin - Remote Flex

Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company who is rapidly growing across the US and Canada is investing heavily in digital transformation and looking for an ERP Manager with food industry expertise to optimize business processes in preparation for a future upgrade.

They are currently utilizing Dynamics 365 Business Central and are looking to roll out phase two of their implementation, focusing on the manufacturing and supply chain modules.

This role will act as a liaison between technical teams and company stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those into a system designed to improve workflows and maximize output.

Your New Role:

* Responsible for providing leadership in all activities related to the quality, release, and support of enterprise business software products.
* Provide application consulting and support to their D365 BC ERP System
* Lead ERP projects, analyze existing business models and workflows, and translate the overall requirements into technical specifications.
* Work directly with user groups to plan testing, schedule and roll out software releases, train users on new product usage, and follow the release process through to user acceptance.
* Provide second level support for users with ERP related issues.
* Enhance reporting efforts using Power BI
* Lead the Phase 2 Implementation of the product, working closely with manufacturing, distribution, and other operations teams

What You'll Need:

* Experience with Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central preferred
* 5+ years of experience implementing and improving systems for food manufacturing organizations
* Experience documenting business processes, leading Gap-Fit analysis, and architecting solutions
* Understanding of manufacturing processes and how to integrate systems that maximize these workflows
* Great communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical personnel

Business Central ERP Analyst - Sanford, NC - $100k

My client is a Business Central end user in the industrial products manufacturing space who is looking for an ERP Specialist with NAV or Business Central experience to lead hands-on functional improvements of their ERP system.

Having gone live with the core BC modules, this organization is looking to enter phase two of the rollout and enhance many of the other system features, both in analytics and production workflows.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a forward thinking company with private equity backing that is making a heavy investment into their technology infrastructure. You will be working with the latest in Microsoft ERP and collaborating with the executive team in identifying paths for improvement within the system and then implementing those changes.

Responsibilities Include:

* Act as the ERP Admin for phase two of the Business Central implementation, and manage other associated integration and upgrade projects
* Application support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and third-party ISV applications
* First point of contact for all incoming support requests via phone, email and customer portal using case management system and remote assistance tools.
* Work with stakeholders to define, triage and investigate system questions and/or issues.
* Apply both technical skills and business process knowledge to answer questions and/or solve issues.
* Coordinate escalation of issues, collaborating closely with a development team from a Microsoft Partner
* Document resolutions and develop SOPs for maximizing system performance
* Assist in testing of customizations, products, and upgrades.

What You'll Need:

* Expertise with Dynamics 365 Business Central, either on-prem or in the cloud
* Business Central implementation highly preferred
* Dynamics NAV (RTC or Classic) is a plus
* Deep understanding of financial and operations processes allowing for the ability to coordinate with leadership in these respective departments
* Ability to work closely with line-level personnel on shop floor support issues and problem solving
* Excellent communication skills
* Industry background in manufacturing, capable of understanding basic concepts of production, inventory, logistics, etc.
* Experience with Power BI or with SQL queries is desired, not required
