My client is a growing Microsoft Partner seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of full-cycle BC implementations and upgrades while playing a key role in the company's continued growth.

Role Responsibilities

* Lead full end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects from discovery to go-live
* Run client discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements
* Translate client needs into functional BC solutions and create detailed scoping and specification documents
* Configure Business Central to align with client business processes including workflows, financials, reporting and integrations
* Deliver tailored training sessions to end users and key stakeholders across departments
* Support clients through go-live, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition
* Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including issue resolution, system optimisation and process improvements
* Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure customisations align with project goals and user expectations
* Participate in upgrade projects from older NAV versions to the latest BC releases

Knowledge & Skills

* Strong background in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Experience delivering solutions in a Microsoft Partner environment
* Broad functional knowledge of all BC modules with a particular strength in Finance
* Confident working with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver training
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
