Business Central Consultant - $130k - St. Louis - Remote

A small but well-established Microsoft Partner is looking for a Sr. BC Consultant to lead implementations for their clients in the manufacturing and supply chain space.

This role calls for an operations focused candidate, capable of understanding the needs of executive teams and use their knowledge of ERP functionality in order to create systems that maximize business processes. We are looking for a responsible, take-charge candidate who is willing to be very hands-on in all stages of the implementation, who can act as an intermediary between developers and customer stakeholders.

There is a special preference for candidates who have led GP to Business Central conversion projects while in the Partner channel.

Your New Role:

* Act as the lead consultant on new client Business Central implementation
* Work alongside company stakeholders in understanding their business needs and designing a system that fits these requirements
* Assist in analyzing MRP, production, and supply chain processes, and identifying paths for improvement
* Act as a functional architect, helping to design a blueprint and working with developers to execute on project goals
* Train users on NAV functionality to improve systems self-sufficiency
* Help improve client reporting methods using SQL, Jet Reports, and Power BI

What You'll Need:

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Business Central
* Experience leading a Business Central implementation is a must
* Experience in requirements gathering, testing, discovery, and solutions design
* Prior consulting experience in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred, not required
* Deep process knowledge in manufacturing and distribution, able to translate technical concepts to personnel in these departments
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
