Nigel Frank International are partnered with an established ISV who are looking for a Lead D365 CE Consultant to join as a subject matter expert across D365 & Power Platform and help to support organisations in shaping and implementing CRM solutions aligned with their objectives!

You will work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. This includes configuring and extending Dynamics 365 CRM, supporting integration's, delivering demonstrations and training, and contributing to the ongoing development of internal CRM offerings.

Responsibilities -

* Serve as a subject matter expert for the Power Platform, both internally and externally.
* Lead and participate in full project lifecycles across a range of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
* Gather and analyse requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
* Support customers in the ongoing optimisation and evolution of their Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
* Ensure best‑practice methodologies and structured processes are followed throughout delivery.
* Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and user training to both existing and prospective clients.
* Oversee development and deployment activities across environments (Dev / UAT / Live).
* Maintain strong communication with project managers and wider delivery teams.

Role Overview
