Key Responsibilities:

Provide internal support for Business Central users across departments like finance, operations, or supply chain

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or escalate to external partners as needed

Deliver training and create documentation for system processes and best practices
*
Assist with testing, upgrades, and configuration changes

Identify areas for process improvement and system optimization
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
*
Understanding of business operations in areas like finance, inventory, or logistics
*
Prior experience in an internal ERP or systems support capacity
*
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to have:

Exposure to tools like Power BI or Jet Reports
*
Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment
*
Basic familiarity with integrations or ERP customization
