IT Business Analyst - Enterprise Solutions

An exciting new opportunity just becomes available with a MNC listed company based in HK! Due to new project plan, my client will implement different application systems their APAC offices. And currently they provide opportunities to an IT Business Analyst who are seeking a wonderful chance to work with grow his/her skill set with the company and learn from a group of Top IT talents in this industry!



Responsibilities:

* Participate in internal different application systems implementation projects.
* Gather, review and analyze business requirements; Prepare IT documentation such as system design documents, UAT test scripts, functional requirement documents and user manual.
* Provide system support for key users, advising on and implementing solutions, conduct business process review to identify improvement opportunities.
* Assist Manager on Deployment logistics and communications.
* Facilitate and support business process change.



Requirements:

* Degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines, recent experience in business analyst role or similar roles for above job functions.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Experience on Microsoft technologies (such as Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, Azure, or other latest MS Technology) / Web & App will be a plus.
* Be organized, self-driven, and show ability on problem-solving and analytical thinking.
* Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
