* Looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in Dynamics CRM and Field Service.
* Day-to-day: support requests like locating invoices, creating new dashboards (Power BI), general CRM helpdesk support. CRM Application support & troubleshooting.
* Power Automate is a plus.
