IT Manager - ERP Netsuite

My client is its industry leading Company in Asia, they are looking for an IT Manager based in Hong Kong to lead their ERP Netsuite Projects in Asia. This is a well-established and sizeable organization known for its stable business foundation and supportive, collaborative work culture. My client's business is still growing and need an experienced IT Manager with NetSuite project experience to support their global business.

Responsibilities will include:

* Oversee and lead the project implementation of ERP Oracle NetSuite applications, including business requirements collection & analysis, system architecture, integration strategies, and application infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Manage a small IT team, oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, and enterprise applications.
* Analyze business processes and recommend tech-driven improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Coordinate with stakeholders and manage expectations, maintain vendor and partner relationships, contracts, and performance standards.
* Ability to lead and motivate a small team, and able to drive tactical plans.
* Monitor system effectiveness post-implementation, recommending adjustments where needed.
* Tackle ad-hoc issues and requests within the team and seek for solution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree holder of above in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
* 3+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite, or other first tier ERP system (Dynamics 365 / SAP/ Oracle) will consider.
* Proven track record of managing successful ERP Netsuite project implementations, has others Applications Systems project experience (like WMS, EDI, Web & App) is a big plus.
* Solid skills of project management, incident and problem management.
* Proficiency in practicing recognized standards such as SDLC, Agile.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive, goal-driven mindset
* Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
