Are you a solution-focused Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)? An established and growing organisation in Stockholm is looking for a D365 CE Functional Application Consultant to join their digital transformation journey.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely, providing flexibility while staying connected with a collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

Engage with business users to understand requirements and translate them into effective D365 CE solutions
*

Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications based on specific client needs
*

Lead and contribute to full project life cycles - from discovery to deployment and support
*

Deliver user workshops, training, and documentation to ensure adoption
*

Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with broader business systems
*

Stay informed on the latest Microsoft and Power Platform updates and best practices

What You'll Bring:

*

2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
*

Proven background in functional implementation and configuration
*

Strong understanding of business processes across sales, marketing, or customer service
*

Comfortable working in agile environments with multiple stakeholders
*

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
*

Fluent in Swedish

Bonus if:

*

Exposure to Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
*

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies
*

Experience working with clients in Sweden or the Nordic region
