Lead Developer - Oslo (Norwegian-speaking) Tech stack: .NET, Azure, Kubernetes

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Developer who wants to take ownership of backend development and play a key role in shaping technical direction. This position combines hands-on engineering with architectural influence and team guidance. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and modern backend services in .NET and Azure.

Responsibilities

Design and develop backend services using .NET

Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on Azure
*

Work with Kubernetes and container-based environments
*

Lead architectural discussions and technical decision-making
*

Mentor developers and contribute to team growth
*

Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability
*

Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams

Requirements

*

Strong experience with .NET and backend development
*

Solid understanding of Azure cloud services
*

Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools
*

Ability to lead technical discussions and drive decisions
*

Collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring others
*

Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken)
*

Enjoys ownership, autonomy, and building high-quality solutions
