We're looking for a NAV 2017 Support Specialist to provide occasional, on-call support for a live NAV 2017 environment. This role is ideal for someone familiar with Lanham EDI, WMS, and core NAV modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory) who can jump in quickly to troubleshoot or advise as needed.
What You'll Do:

Provide ad hoc support for NAV 2017 issues (approx. 1-2 hours/month)

Assist with troubleshooting in WMS and Lanham EDI workflows
*
Offer guidance or minor fixes in core NAV modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, etc.)
*
Be available for quick consults or occasional remote assistance
What You'll Need:
*
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017
*
Strong understanding of Lanham EDI and Warehouse Management functionality
*
Ability to work independently and respond promptly when support is needed
*
Comfortable with a highly flexible, low-hour commitment
