ERP Helpdesk Support - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Hybrid - Orange County, CA



We're seeking a hands-on, outgoing ERP Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our growing internal Business Central (BC) team. This role is 100% focused on supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central application, managing tickets and providing day-to-day technical assistance to over 100 users across multiple locations. You'll play a key role in helping our users transition to and thrive within Business Central, and ideally grow into supporting additional areas of Dynamics 365 such as CRM and Field Service.



What You'll Do:

* Serve as the primary support resource for all Business Central-related helpdesk tickets.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution for end users across various departments.
* Perform hands-on navigation and tasks within BC, such as setting up customer cards, handling credit card setups, and general application configuration.
* Collaborate closely with the internal IT and IS teams as well as BC users.
* Travel to various California locations (infrequent, for go-lives or major support needs).
* Learn and grow into providing support for Dynamics 365 CRM/Field Service modules.



What We're Looking For:

* 1+ year of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV). You should be confident navigating the system, not just acting as a liaison.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset-someone who can figure things out on the fly.
* Excellent communication skills with a personable, confident, and easygoing demeanor. You'll be interacting regularly with non-technical users.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Interest in learning Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Field Service or Project Operations (a plus, not a must).
* Background in finance is a plus, but not required.
