We're looking for a Head of Sales to lead the regional expansion of a growing SaaS company across the UK&I, MENA, and Nordics. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can drive enterprise growth, build strong cross-functional alignment, and scale through strategic partnerships and SI channels.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading a high-performing team of ~9 enterprise sellers across multiple regions.
* Driving regional sales strategy and execution with full ownership of the sales target.
* Building and nurturing co-sell motions with key ecosystem partners (e.g., hyperscalers and data platforms).
* Expanding through SI and channel partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with BDRs, GTM, HR, Talent, Professional Services, and Regional Partners.
* Championing a value-based sales approach (MEDDIC or similar), focused on solving complex backend data challenges.
* Operating with rigor, cadence, and a customer-first mindset.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in the data space
* Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
* Deep understanding of value-based sellingand long-cycle enterprise deals.
* Experience working with or selling alongside Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms.
* Operationally excellent with a structured approach to GTM planning and execution.
* A culture builder who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
