Job Description: ERP Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a new ERP system to replace our existing one. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance and experience with ERP systems such as Business Central (BC), NetSuite, or Oracle ERP. This role requires a generalist who can manage the project effectively while ensuring thorough documentation and requirements gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the ERP implementation project from initiation to completion.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
* Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project updates.
* Provide training and support to users during and after the implementation.
* Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementations.
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as BC, NetSuite, or Oracle ERP.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Experience in documentation and requirements gathering.
