Role & Responsibilities
* Establish long-term direction for CRM tools, ensuring solutions are adaptable, high-performing, and aligned with broader company goals.
* Work closely with teams like Sales, Marketing, Support, and IT to harmonize workflows and ensure shared success through effective system alignment.
* Build custom reporting views and performance indicators that support smarter decisions and improved customer understanding.
* Manage relationships with service providers and software vendors, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and support internal capabilities.
* Lead CRM-related projects from planning through rollout, boost user adoption with training, and introduce refinements that enhance day-to-day efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years of functional experience with Dynamics CRM/CE.
* Experienced in Power Platform and SharePoint.
* Familiarity with SQL and the ability to utilize APIs for data integration and automation.
* Be able to support coordination in managing the MSP.
* Proven Project Management experience.
