About the Role
An international retailer is looking for a D365 BC Support Consultant to join its team in Copenhagen. This is a key role focused on ensuring smooth ERP operations and delivering exceptional support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line ERP support and resolve user issues promptly.
* Analyse business processes and recommend system improvements.
* Deliver end-user training and maintain clear documentation.
* Manage external vendors and developers for ERP enhancements.
* Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders effectively.
* Stay current with ERP developments and best practices.
What We're Looking For
* Solid experience with D365 BC.
* Strong understanding of ERP workflows and technical processes.
* Skilled in troubleshooting, analysis, and user support.
* Familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) and business functions (Supply, Finance, CSR).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English and highly organised.
