Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a Senior D365 CE Business Analyst to join a Dynamics 365 CRM End User who are market leaders in their sector.
This flexible, Hybrid role provides the successful applicant the opportunity to play a pivotal role in their Dynamics CRM projects.
This role may also require occasional travel across Europe to client site.
Role & Responsibilities
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identifying challenges and defining functional requirements
* Convert business needs into clear, detailed documentation such as user stories, business process flows and specifications.
* Lead gap analysis to assess current business process and suggest suitable resolutions.
* Configure and customise the apps where necessary
* Lead workshops & meetings with stakeholders to provide expert advice on D365 CE solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven track record working on end-to-end D365 CRM Projects
* Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and its core modules - experience with Field Service would be advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in business process analysis, requirement gather and solution design.
* Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL.
