Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Team Leader (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to take full ownership of the organisation's CRM platform, ensuring it evolves to meet business needs. This is a leadership role where you'll drive strategy, enhance system functionality, and manage a skilled technical team to deliver high-impact solutions.

As the go-to expert for D365 CRM, you'll work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and developers to streamline processes, improve data governance, and support the transition from external consultancy to an internally managed system.

Role & Responsibilities

* Define and execute a CRM technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions
* Improve data governance, architecture, and system processes
* Monitor CRM performance metrics and ensure compliance with best practices
* Manage and mentor a team of CRM specialists and developers
* Oversee helpdesk support, ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA adherence
* Identify technical risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
* Work closely with project teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation
* Ensure effective resource planning and workload distribution across the team
* Report on team performance, system enhancements, and CRM advancements to stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
* Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive system improvements
* Expertise in CRM solution design, development, and deployment
* Solid understanding of data governance, system architecture, and process optimisation
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships and aligning CRM with business needs
* Hands-on experience with technical documentation, reporting, and performance monitoring
* Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on technical oversight
