(Senior) Business Analyst - BI / Data

My client, a global sourcing and supply chain management company with HQ in Europe but business network across the globe, is now urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the regional team.



Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop dashboards and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
*

Perform ad-hoc data analysis by converting raw, unstructured data into actionable insights.
*

Collect, organize, and transform data from multiple sources into meaningful business information.
*

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective data visualizations.
*

Analyze and understand business processes and source systems to connect data for in-depth analysis.
*

Create comprehensive documentation, presentations, and training materials for end-users.
*

Manage the generation and delivery of routine reports and scheduled data jobs.



Requirements:

*

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
*

At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst, or System Support.
*

Proven experience in system design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
*

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
*

Strong business acumen and practical judgement.
*

Proficiency in statistical data analysis and the ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
*

Skilled in data storytelling and visualization, using tools such as PowerPoint and BI platforms.
*

Creative in designing and building data dashboards and visualization interfaces.
*

Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Python, VBA, BI tools, RPA, SharePoint, O365 applications, database design, and metadata management.
*

In-depth understanding of business processes and the interrelated nature of data systems.



*More experienced candidate can be considered as Senior Business Analyst
