Director Fulfillment & Logistics Operations

Job Description

This role will be on site 5 days a week.

Role & Responsibilities

* Oversees warehouse and fulfilment operations and staff, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) and procedures are adhered to (supervise and manage daily activities)
* Maintains optimal inventory levels to enhance customer satisfaction while minimising costs
* Creates, implements, and upholds policies, procedures, and material control systems to cut costs, simplify processes, and provide effective solutions

Skills & Qualifications

* Logistics, fulfilment and supply chain experience
* Management experience / leading fulfilment and warehouse teams
* Experience with change management / change order (warehousing, distribution)
* Hands-on with D365 Business Central for purchase orders, RPOs, forecasting for production, inventory, ship times, etc.
* Experience working with stakeholders and the the executive team to set strategies
* Demonstrated success in project management with a strong focus on continuous improvement
