D365 Principal Technical Solution Architect - Remote/Hybrid
We are seeking a highly experienced D365 Principal Technical Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead large technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of D365 solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
* Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders and business leaders to align D365 capabilities with business needs.
* Define and drive technology strategies, innovation roadmaps, and enterprise architecture standards.
* Mentor and lead large technical teams, including solution architects, developers, and functional consultants.
* Ensure best practices in solution architecture, integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
* Oversee governance, compliance, and security of architectural solutions.
* Design and implement seamless integrations between D365 applications (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power Platform) and third-party systems.
* Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
* Provide technical leadership in pre-sales and business development efforts.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP & CRM).
* Experience leading large-scale D365 implementations in complex enterprise environments.
* Expertise in Azure cloud technologies, Power Platform, DevOps, and integrations.
* Strong knowledge of security, compliance, data governance, and performance optimization.
* Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
* Experience in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
