Controller - Dynamics NAV/Business Central | Mansfield, TX (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Controller with CPA certification and expertise in Dynamics NAV or Business Central to join our team in Mansfield, TX. This fully onsite role will work closely with Senior Management in Texas and coordinate with teams in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
* Utilize Dynamics NAV/Business Central to streamline financial processes.
* Support system fixes, implementations, and upgrades to improve workflow.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

* CPA certification required.
* Proven experience as a Controller in an operational setting.
* Strong expertise in Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
* Ability to troubleshoot and support system enhancements.
* Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus.
