Job Description

We are seeking a skilled D365 CE Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform. Your expertise will ensure that our business processes are optimized, and customer-facing solutions are effectively delivered.

Role & Responsibilities

* Develop and Implement Solutions: Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including custom entities, workflows, forms, plugins, and custom controls.
* Customization & Configuration: Customize Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements, including building custom business processes, and configuring dashboards, views, and security roles.
* Integration: Develop integrations between D365 CE and other business systems (ERP, third-party applications, etc.) using web services, APIs, and middleware.
* Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs related to the Dynamics 365 platform.
* Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT). Deploy solutions into production environments while ensuring minimal disruptions to the business.
* Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Maintain Documentation: Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and development work.
* Stay Current: Keep up with the latest developments in the Dynamics 365 platform, technologies, and best practices.

Skills

* Experience: 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.), including hands-on experience in developing custom solutions and integrations.
* Technical Skills:

* Strong knowledge of C# for plugin and custom workflow development.
* Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies for client-side customization.
* Proficient in Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps.
* Experience with SQL, SSRS, and other reporting tools.
* Knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform integrations.

* Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate (preferred).
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Dynamics 365 CE version upgrades and migrations.
* Knowledge of common add-ons and extensions for Dynamics 365 (e.g., KingswaySoft, Scribe, or SSIS for integrations).
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and source control management.
