About the Role

As the D365 F&O Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and continuous improvement of the company's global Dynamics 365 platform. You'll combine hands-on functional expertise with team leadership, working closely with business stakeholders, users, and technical teams to ensure the system remains stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

This role offers a mix of operational responsibility, leadership, and project involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people management and D365 F&O solution ownership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support a small team of D365 specialists
* Oversee the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the D365 F&O platform
* Drive best practices, governance, and support processes
* Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders across multiple regions
* Support incident resolution, issue prioritisation, and service delivery activities
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on ongoing development initiatives
* Contribute to the wider business and technology transformation programme

What We're Looking For

* Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
* Good understanding of Supply Chain Management and/or Warehouse Management processes
* Previous experience supporting or maintaining enterprise ERP environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating teams
* Ability to balance operational support with continuous improvement activities
* Comfortable working within an international business environment
