Our client is a well-established multinational organization (In-house role) undergoing an exciting ERP transformation across its global operations. They are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O IT Business Analyst (Supply Chain / Warehouse module) to play a key role in optimizing supply chain and warehouse processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What You'll Be Doing

* Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document Supply Chain and Warehouse Management requirements.
* Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management modules.
* Lead workshops to identify business needs and recommend process improvements.
* Analyze current business processes and propose best-practice D365 F&O solutions.
* Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
* Support system implementation activities, including data migration, SIT, UAT, training, and go-live.
* Provide functional support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.
* Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and warehouse operations.



What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experience.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
* Strong functional knowledge in:

* Supply Chain Management
* Warehouse Management (WMS)
* Inventory Management
* Procurement & Sourcing
* Sales Order Management

* Experience participating in full-cycle ERP implementation or transformation projects.
* Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience supporting UAT, user training, and post-go-live support.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.



Nice to Have

* Experience with Advanced Warehouse Management.
* Knowledge of Master Planning or Production Control.
* Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or SQL.
* Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an advantage.
