I'm working with a client looking to bring on a SharePoint / Power Automate developer to streamline customer service workflows and reduce manual processes through automation. Please see below for more infomation:

SharePoint / Power Automate Project (Customer Service & Returns Process)
* Skill Set: SharePoint Lists, Power Automate, low-code tools (potentially Zapier) to streamline workflows and reduce manual data entry. Focus on integrating and improving communication between customer service (Salesforce/Freshdesk) and warehouse operations.
* Scope: Build out structure for case/return tracking, automate data flow (moving away from Excel where possible), and support failure analysis tracking for returned items.
* Current Challenges: Heavy manual transcription of data, reliance on spreadsheets, and inefficient communication between teams (customer service + warehouse).
* Goal: Improve customer service experience, increase visibility, and reduce manual effort through automation and better system structure.
* Hours: ~80-120 total hours
* Duration: 1 month
* Start Date: April 27th
* Systems: Salesforce, Freshdesk, SharePoint, Excel
