Lead D365 Business Central Consultant

Our client is a growing organization in the Manufacturing industry that is seeking a D365 Business Central Consultant to support ongoing initiatives and oversee an internal development team.

This is a hands-on, functional role working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive requirements and support system enhancements within D365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications within D365 Business Central.
* Provide functional support across core modules including operations, sales, and finance.
* Oversee and mentor a team of developers, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
* Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization efforts.
* Assist with EDI processes and integrations, including Lanham EDI.

Required Skill Set:

* Strong functional expertise in D365 Business Central across core modules.
* Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams in a BC environment.
* Solid finance and accounting background.
* Hands-on experience with Lanham EDI.
* Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines preferred.
