Project Manager / Business Analyst - Microsoft Technology Projects

Salary: Approximately £50-60,000

Location: Portsmouth | Hybrid | 2-3 Days per week

Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced delivery, loves unpicking business problems, and wants to work with the latest Microsoft technologies? This role offers the rare chance to work across Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps and Power Automate - shaping real transformation for multiple clients at once.

You'll join a growing, tech-led organisation delivering high-impact digital change. Expect variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to own projects end-to-end while working closely with both technical teams and customer stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

* Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they move with pace and clarity.
* Run daily stand-ups, sprint check-ins and client updates-keeping delivery aligned and on track.
* Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories and process flows that technical teams can build from.
* Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, budgets and delivery governance with confidence.
* Collaborate across internal teams and customers to analyse processes and design improved ways of working.
* Contribute across a mix of initiatives-including data, CRM, ERP, automation and internal improvement work.

Typical Projects You'll Be Involved In

* A live Fabric data project improving enterprise reporting and insights.
* Ongoing Business Central rollout and optimisation.
* Building and enhancing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
* New digital transformation projects entering pipeline as client demand grows.

What You'll Bring:

* Experience delivering projects across both PM and BA responsibilities.
* Practical exposure to Microsoft‑based technology projects (Dynamics, BC, Fabric, Power Platform etc.).
* Comfort managing several moving pieces at once and maintaining structure in a busy environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience working in Agile environments-stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog management.
* Ideally with a consultancy or multi‑client delivery experience.
* Familiarity with stabilising legacy systems or improving delivery processes.
* Experience supporting discovery phases, mapping current vs. future state, or shaping MVP scope.

Working Pattern:

Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week onsite near Portsmouth (ideally up to 3 days where required), remainder split across home and client sites.
