AI Pre-Sale Consultant(MNC Company, New Headcount)

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored AI + Cloud solutions
* Lead solution design, architecture, and technical presentations for enterprise clients
* Conduct client workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) using Microsoft technologies
* Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using:

* Azure Cloud Services
* AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)

* Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and cost estimations
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation and cloud adoption
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover post-sales
* Stay updated with latest Microsoft AI and Cloud innovations

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years experience in pre-sales / solution consulting / solution architecture
* Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures
* Exposure to AI/ML / Generative AI solutions (preferred)
* Experience in client-facing roles, handling enterprise stakeholders
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in System Integrator / Consulting environment is highly preferred

Technical Skills (Preferred)

* Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Data & AI services)
* Azure OpenAI / Machine Learning / Cognitive Services
* Cloud architecture design & migration strategies
* Data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Data Factory)
* Familiarity with DevOps and modern application architecture
* Hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following AI platforms is highly preferred:

* Azure Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Fabric / Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML)
* Red Hat OpenShift AI
* AWS AI/ML Services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock)
* Google Vertex AI

* Understanding of Generative AI concepts and architectures (e.g., RAG, LLM integration, chatbot solutions)
* Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid AI environments is an advantage
