Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

Salary: Up to £80,000

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead the delivery of high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, analyse business processes, design effective solutions, and drive successful system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects
*

Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
*

Design, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 applications
*

Provide expert guidance on best practices and solution architecture
*

Manage product backlogs and create user stories and functional specifications
*

Conduct workshops and stakeholder sessions
*

Deliver end-user training and ongoing system support
*

Ensure solution quality, performance, and risk mitigation
*

Build strong client relationships and mentor junior consultants

Skills & Experience

*

Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
*

Strong experience with PowerApps and Power Automate (Flows)
*

Demonstrated leadership on large-scale projects
*

Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering skills
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
