About the Role

Join a global technology leader on a mission to build a next-generation agentic AI platform. We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of the product journey, from early-stage development through to launch and beyond.

This is a senior, high-impact position where you'll define strategy, drive execution, and shape commercial outcomes. You'll work closely with distributed engineering and design teams and act as the most senior product leader in our Norwegian office.

What You'll Do

* Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery from alpha to launch.
* Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, market-ready experiences.
* Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations to deliver at speed.
* Develop pricing, monetisation, and go-to-market strategies.
* Build trust-driven workflows to ensure adoption and reliability.
* Help create a two-sided ecosystem for AI agent creators and end users.
* Balance performance, cost, and UX to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For

* 7-10+ years in product management with a track record of shipping and scaling products.
* Strong commercial product experience (P&L or revenue ownership).
* Proven success launching products in high-growth or evolving environments.
* Deep understanding of AI-first product development and hands-on experience with AI tools.
* Exceptional ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, customer-focused narratives.
* Expertise in monetisation models and GTM strategies.
* High standards for UX and design quality (Figma familiarity is a plus).
* Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
* Experience building or scaling ecosystems (creators + users).
